Tim has become one of the regions leading solicitors specialising in Dental Law in recent years. He is a well respected, highly experienced solicitor within the legal community.

Daniella Tarbuck is our Transactions Director and Head of Property. Daniella has a particular interest in handling the financial aspects of corporate transactions and has substantial experience in helping businesses in the SME marketplace. Daniella also advises clients on contract drafting and vetting, negotiations and corporate structures.
She has reformed the Young & Lee Property Law team which she now heads. A former Estate Agent and with a range of property law experience at some of the larger firms the team is continuing to look after clients in challenging times.

Sanjeev Batra is an Associate Director in the Property Law Team specialising in commercial property law. He has experience in complex commercial “mixed use” sites, retail property and private work. He has substantial experience looking after developer and investor clients.

Keith Barritt.
Keith, our Consultant Solicitor, is a highly respected and experienced solicitor and also an appointed Panel Solicitor on the Deputyship Panel of the Office of the Public Guardian, he is a member of ACTAPS.
He has a very wide range of legal experience and handles complex legal work, with a strong litigious element to it. Keith also acts as sounding board for other lawyers in the firm, his abilities and experience are formidable.
