Jonathan Tyson is our Company Commercial Solicitor working alongside Tim Lee and Daniella Tarbuck-Halford. Daniella Tarbuck-Halford is our Corporate Law Director and Head of Property. Daniella has a particular interest in handling the financial aspects of corporate transactions and has substantial experience in helping businesses in the SME marketplace. Daniella also advises clients on contract drafting and vetting, negotiations and corporate structures.
She has reformed the Young & Lee Property Law team which she now heads. A former Estate Agent and with a range of property law experience at some of the larger firms the team is continuing to look after clients in challenging times.
Sanjeev Batra is a key member of the Young & Lee Property Law Team.Sanjeev joined us from Eversheds and is a specialist commercial property solicitor.He has experience in complex commercial “mixed use” sites, retail property and private work.He has substantial experience looking after developer and investor clients.
Amarjit Chohan is our Residential Conveyancing Solicitor. Amarjit has been qualified for seven years and specialises in this area of law. Her services are designed to ensure that matters are progressed as quickly as possible, keeping clients and other professionals fully informed of progress at all times.
Sharon Malhi is our Trainee Solicitor.In addition to her property law skills she also provides legal advice in Immigration and Work Permit matters.

Gursharan Bunger is our Private Client Solicitor. Gursharan has been qualified for eight years working at one practice for all that time and has expertise in acting for clients requiring Wills, Trusts and Probate advice. Gursharan also has property and family law experience.

Keith, our Consultant Solicitor, is a highly respected and experienced solicitor and also an appointed Panel Solicitor on the Private Receivership Panel of the Public Guardianship Office, he is a member of ACTAPS. Alma Ahijado-Alvarez is a dual qualified solicitor having 5 years post qualification experience in Spain and 2 years experience in London before joining us and qualifying here as a solicitor.In addition to acting on a wide range of complex family law matters, Alma is also able to help clients whose cases have a Spanish speaking element to them, this is often linked through our sister firm in Barcelona, D[I]G Advocats.
