• We will listen to your plans for the future and provide you with a central contact, who will be the person you get on best with here who you can regard as your solicitor. They will act as conduit through to other disciplines, should you need them.

• We will agree how cases are to be funded by you to suit your situation and agree how we will communicate with each other.

• You can pick up the phone at any time and ask the "What do you think?" and "Where do I stand?" questions and the answer comes free of charge. We only charge you if we both agree that a piece of work is needed.

Our Pricing promise

• Wherever possible we will agree a fee for each piece of work before we start.

• Where we cannot predict an outcome (usually litigation cases), we will work out ways to budget between us, using either payments on account, phase pricing or traditional pay as you go.
