If you are in business, the best way to use us as your legal advisers is to consider Young & Lee as your internal Legal Department.
Most business people, wrongly, think that lawyers are far too expensive, people to be brought in at the last minute, people who can even delay progress!
We don’t think that is right nor do we think that that view helps you.
Our Commitment to a relationship
We will take the time at no cost to you to get to know you, understand your business and find out how robust your business is in the modern business world, from a legal perspective.
We will listen to your plans for the future and provide you with a central contact, who will be the person you get on best with here who you can regard as your solicitor. They will act as conduit through to other disciplines, should you need them.
We will agree how cases are to be funded by you to suit your situation and agree how we will communicate with each other.
You can pick up the phone at any time and ask the "What do you think?" and "Where do I stand?" questions and the answer comes free of charge. We only charge you if we both agree that a piece of work is needed.
Our Pricing promise
Wherever possible we will agree a fee for each piece of work before we start.
Where we cannot predict an outcome (usually litigation cases), we will work out ways to budget between us, using either payments on account, phase pricing or traditional pay as you go.
Your side of the bargain...
You will get the most out of us when:
All documents and information are with us as soon as they are needed.
Decisions and instructions are clear and unambiguous
We work as a team.
You get us involved as soon as you are thinking about doing something.
